One would need to travel to Sri Lanka for its Ceylon Tea and then to India for its Assam Tea to create this pleasant of a combination. This blending gives Irish Breakfast Tea its distinct taste. The tea has citrus notes along with an underlying malty taste which provides a deep flavor rounded out with a sweetness. It’s a perfect breakfast tea because of its high caffeine content and is ideal with a bit of milk.
